How to Export Your Data

Shortimize makes it easy to export your data for use in reports, presentations, or other analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets.

1. Exporting from the Overview Page

• Location: Find the Export button in the top-right corner of the toolbar.

• Options: Clicking this button gives you two choices:

  • Export as CSV: Download the raw data from the tables used to build your overview dashboard.

  • Export as PNG: Save a high-quality image of the performance graph, perfect for presentations.

2. Exporting from the Videos & Accounts Tables

• Location: In the toolbar above the table, click the Advanced button.

  
  

• Options: This will open a menu containing the export options. You can download your customized table data in several formats:

  • CSV

  • JSON

  • Excel

Important Note for Trial Users

If you are on a trial plan, you will only be able to download a small test sample of your data. Full data exports are a feature available to all paying subscribers.
