Amount of Videos Tracked per Creator

Shortimize gives you precise control over which videos you track from each account, helping you only track the posts that are important to you and helps you optimize your Video Tracking Storage usage.

1. Understand the "Amount of Videos Tracked" Column

In the All Accounts table, this column shows you two key numbers for each account: [Number of videos you are tracking] / [Total videos available]

• If the numbers are the same (e.g., 1,308 / 1,308), you are tracking every video from that account.

• If the first number is smaller (e.g., 200 / 1,308), you are tracking only the most recent videos.

2. Adjust Tracking for Any Account

You can change this setting at any time on a per-account basis.

• Click the value in the "Amount of Videos Tracked" column for the account you want to change.

• A menu will pop up, allowing you to select how many of the latest videos you want to track (e.g., 10, 100, 200, or all).

  

This flexibility ensures you only dedicate your tracking storage to the content that matters most. If you need to increase your overall storage limit, you can do so on the Settings page.
