The Videos & Accounts Tables

The All Videos and All Accounts pages are your primary workspaces for detailed analysis. They function very similarly, providing a powerful table view to sort, filter, and explore your content.

1. The Control Toolbar: Filter, Sort, and Customize

Located just above the table, this toolbar is your command center for refining the data you see.

  • Track Videos/Accounts: The purple button in the top-right lets you add new content to your workspace.

  • Filter by Platform: Simply click on any of the platform icons (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to instantly see data from only that source.

  • Filter by Date Range: Choose from presets like "Last 7 Days" or "All Time," or click "Select Date Range" to define a specific custom period.

  • Filter by Collection: Narrow your view to only show content from specific collections you've created.

  • Sort & Advanced:

    • Sort: Arrange your table by one or more metrics in a specific order.

    • Advanced: Unlock more powerful options, including filtering by metric thresholds (e.g., views over 1 million), showing only TikTok Shop videos, exporting your data, and switching between a table and a grid layout.

2. The Interactive Table:

The table itself is designed for dynamic interaction and customization.

  • Customize Columns: Clicking the + icon in the top-right corner of the table header to add or remove columns. This lets you build the perfect view for your workflow.

  • Quick Sort: Click on any column header (like Views or Engagement Rate) to instantly sort the entire table by that metric in ascending or descending order.

  • In-Column Search: In columns like Account or Video Title, you can use the search bar to quickly find specific items within the table.

  • Spot Outliers: Notice the highlighted metrics? These colors indicate an outlier—like an unusually high engagement rate or view count—making it easy to spot top-performing content at a glance.

3. Drill Down for Deeper Insights

When you want to learn more about a specific video or account, simply click on its row. A detailed drawer will slide in, providing an in-depth overview and even more performance data for that specific item.
