What happens to milestone bonuses for videos posted before the payment start date?

If a video was uploaded before your payment group's start date, any milestones on that video are assumed to have been hit before tracking began and are marked as 'assumed paid.' The system cannot determine whether those milestone thresholds were crossed before or after your start date, so it does not generate a payment for them.
