No. Each week's milestone bonus only reflects milestones hit during that specific week. If you haven't paid weeks 6, 7, and 8, and you go to pay week 8, you will only see the milestones hit in week 8. To pay milestones from weeks 6 and 7, you need to go to those individual weeks separately.
