How to Fix: Table Columns are Empty

Introduction:

If you see empty cells or null metric values in some columns, this could be due to:

  • The metric not being gathered yet by Shortimize

  • The data still loading

  • A date range filter that hides certain metrics

Steps:

  1. To check if the issue is caused by a date filter, go to the date range input at the top of the viewport.

  2. Change the date range to “All Time” to reactivate and display all available metrics.

  3. If values are still missing, allow time for the system to finish loading or check back later as data updates.
